These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOS") aim to define the terms and conditions under which SigmaCore provides users with its Software as a Service (SaaS) available via the website https://sigmacore.app/ (hereinafter the "Service"). Any use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these TOS.

The Service allows the user to access online digital solutions intended for the management, analysis, and optimization of professional activities, including software tools and digital features adapted to their needs. The Service is accessible online and may evolve at any time to improve its functionality, performance, or security.

3.1 Conditions of Access The Service is accessible: - either freely, - or after creation of a user account. The user guarantees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information upon registration. 3.2 Availability SigmaCore strives to ensure continuous access to the Service, without obligation of result. Temporary interruptions may occur, notably for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

No provision of these TOS may be interpreted as a transfer of intellectual property rights to the benefit of the user. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

The user remains the owner of the data they transmit or generate via the Service. They grant SigmaCore a limited, non-exclusive license strictly necessary for the technical operation of the Service.

SigmaCore uses all reasonable means to ensure accessibility, security, and proper functioning of the SaaS service. However, the service is provided "as is" and may be subject to temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. The company cannot be held liable for: - temporary interruptions of the service, - data loss attributable to the user, - non-compliant use of the service. SigmaCore's liability is, in any event, limited to proven direct damages.

Personal data collected through the use of the Service is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the website or application. The user is invited to read it.

The user may stop using the Service at any time. SigmaCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of: - non-compliance with the TOS, - non-compliance with applicable laws; - abusive or fraudulent behavior.

SigmaCore reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. The new versions apply as soon as they are posted online. It is the user's responsibility to consult them regularly.

These TOS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts within the jurisdiction of SigmaCore's registered office will be competent.
